A Level 3 survey may be considered for older, unusual, altered or complex properties, or where a buyer needs a more detailed review of the building fabric. The independent professional will confirm what the inspection covers and any limitations.
The service is not a structural engineering investigation, opening-up survey or guarantee of future performance. Any further specialist investigation should be agreed directly with the professional.
ZK Surveying Ltd does not inspect properties or issue survey reports. The inspection and professional advice are provided by the independent professional under their own engagement.
