We are a London-based surveying coordination and referral business. Our role is to help property owners, buyers and investors find a more direct route to relevant independent surveying expertise.
What we do
Professional introductions, properly explained.
ZK Surveying Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients who require surveying services and independent surveying professionals. We review the initial requirement, explore the appropriate surveying specialism and arrange an introduction where a suitable professional is available.
We aim to work exclusively with appropriately qualified RICS professionals, verifying active membership and relevant competency before arranging a referral. A referral is not a guarantee of availability, suitability or outcome; the independent professional confirms the engagement directly with the client.
Our professional status
ZK Surveying Ltd is not itself a RICS-regulated firm and is not a Chartered Surveying practice. We do not carry out the inspection, issue the professional report or provide regulated professional advice. Those responsibilities sit with the independent professional under their own contractual and professional arrangements.
Why the distinction matters
Property surveying is professional work. Clear boundaries protect clients and make it easier to understand who is responsible for what. Before an inspection is arranged, the scope, fees, responsibility and engagement terms should be confirmed directly with the independent professional.
