A Level 2 home survey may be appropriate for a conventional house, flat or apartment built from common materials and in reasonable condition. The independent professional will define the scope and report format before engagement.
It is designed to help a buyer understand visible issues and material risks. It is not a guarantee that every defect will be found, and it may not be appropriate for unusual construction, extensive alteration or serious disrepair.
ZK Surveying Ltd does not inspect properties or issue survey reports. The inspection and professional advice are provided by the independent professional under their own engagement.
